Rolling Up Our Sleeves: The #ManagersLendAHand Campaign

At its core, our global initiative #ManagersLendAHand encourages corporate managers to step away from their desks and work side-by-side with our valued customers. This hands-on approach is designed to deepen our understanding of customer needs, ultimately allowing us to tailor our services more effectively. By fostering a culture of collaboration, we believe that managers can not only gain valuable insights but also strengthen relationships with the very customers we serve.

Recently, our National Sales Director, Jason DeAngelo, took this initiative to heart by spending time in the field with our partners at John’s Auto Body in Levittown, PA. This experience highlighted the importance of engaging directly with customers, allowing managers to see firsthand the challenges they face on a daily basis. “It’s not every day we get to utilize the high-quality tools that we sell,” Jason remarked.

Working alongside the team at John’s Auto Body, Jason was able to observe the ins and outs of their operations and understand their specific needs. This face-to-face interaction provided insights that can only be obtained by rolling up one's sleeves and working side by side with a customer. “Having a moment to step outside of the office and work alongside our customers was an invaluable experience,” he noted, emphasizing how such engagement fosters a culture of innovation and responsiveness.

The #ManagersLendAHand campaign exemplifies our dedication to building stronger partnerships with our customers. By encouraging our managers to actively participate in the day-to-day challenges our clients face, we are not only enhancing our service offerings but also fostering a collaborative environment that benefits everyone involved. As we continue to roll up our sleeves and roll out this initiative, we look forward to visiting more of our valued customer and fostering a deeper understanding of their needs.
